Our Process
FairSlope Construction has a smooth and seamless process to take your project from quote to completion in a timely manner. Our comprehensive estimating program, CoConstruct -- a partner with BuilderTrend -- allows us to keep track of real time budgets and schedules along with a built in communication board that is seen by the client and all of the trades associated with your project in the CoConstruct app on your phone. CoCostruct provides a clear proposal which is signed by both parties to ensure transparency.

Detailed 3D renderings are done on all projects, allowing the client to see the finished project while allowing the trades to price and prepare for the project prior to construction phase. FairSlope Construction works closely with certified drafting technicians with a BCIN number on all major renovations.

FairSlope Construction, owned and operated by Dean Fair, has been proudly serving the Guelph community since 2021. Before that, Dean worked in the industry -- in the family business -- for Tom Fair Construction as a site supervisor and project manager.

Dean's hands on and proficient skills include demolition, framing, drywall, trim, and much more. He's knowledgeable in both residential and commercial construction projects. Having worked in the industry since 2007, Dean has developed a solid team of trades. Dean's team is highly skilled, trustworthy, dedicated, and reliable.

Not only that, but Dean knows that it can feel uncomfortable and intrusive to have people working in and around your home for renovation and construction projects. Dean prioritizes working with people he trusts, in addition to maintaining the highest level of cleanliness while working in and around your home (e.g., floor protection, plastic coverings, debris removal, and more).
